The instigator of Autism Centre Haarlem is Annemarie Jonker.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Annemarie Jonker is a certified coach and trainer specializing in supporting individuals with autism and Asperger\u2019s. After many years as founder and professional at the Autism Centre Haarlem, she now focuses entirely on online autism coaching and training.<\/p>

With a background as a teacher, education coordinator, and autism specialist in special education (including work at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Master SEN program), Annemarie has trained numerous teachers, support staff, and school leaders in recognizing and working with autism across primary, secondary, and special education.<\/p>

She also spent many years as a social worker at the Heliomare Mytylschool in Wijk aan Zee, where she supported students with autism and their families\u2014at school, at home, and within the REA College (focused on employment preparation).<\/p>

As the mother of a son with autism, Annemarie deeply understands how autism shapes daily life. Drawing on both personal and professional experience, she now offers online coaching and training to help individuals with autism break through barriers, unprocessed emotions, fears, and limiting beliefs.<\/p>

Her approach is rooted in the Co-Active Coaching model: the client sets the agenda and works in equal partnership with the coach to achieve personal goals. Annemarie supports clients in discovering their own answers and solutions, enabling meaningful and lasting change in their lives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Annemarie would like to contribute effectively to the positive change process in the lives of those people with autism. As a mother of a son with autism, she greatly appreciates their world and how the condition affects their lives and the challenges that they are facing.
\nTo achieve this positive change, Annemarie offers modern intervention efforts to detect and break through barriers, unprocessed emotions, fears and hindering beliefs with effortless coaching in mind.
\nAs a coach, Annemarie holds the principle of \u2018Co-active Coaching model\u2019. This means that the individual works closely together with the coach on an equal basis with the aim to fulfil their needs. The agenda is determined by the individual, receives support from the coach with finding their own answers and solutions to all aspects of their life.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
